1. Who we are

2. Agreement to terms

By using this website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy & Cookies Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18+ or the age of majority in your country.

4. Products and content

Descriptions, images, sizing, and prices are provided in good faith. Minor variations may occur. We may correct errors at any time.

5. Orders and acceptance

Provide accurate information. We may refuse or cancel any order (fraud checks, stock errors, pricing mistakes).
Order acceptance occurs when we email a shipment confirmation.

6. Prices, taxes, and errors

Prices may change without notice. EU prices generally include VAT where applicable; final taxes and fees appear at checkout by region. If a clear pricing error occurs, we may cancel and refund.

7. Payments

Pay using the methods shown at checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected method. Strong Customer Authentication (PSD2 3-D Secure) may apply.

8. Shipping and delivery

We ship to Europe, the U.S., and Canada. Handling time: typically 1–2 business days.
Estimated transit: Spain 24–48h; EU 2–5 business days; US/Canada 5–7 business days. Estimates are not guarantees. Delays from customs, weather, or couriers are outside our control.
For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for import duties and taxes.

9. Risk of loss and title

Risk passes when the carrier marks the parcel delivered. Inspect items on receipt and report issues promptly.

10. Returns, refunds, and EU withdrawal right

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging. See our Return Policy for steps and who pays return shipping.
EU consumers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt, except for custom/personalized goods or goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed/worn. A model withdrawal form is available in the Return Policy.

11. Legal guarantee (EU)

EU consumers have a 2-year legal guarantee for lack of conformity. Contact us with order number, description, and photos. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.

12. Privacy and cookies

We process personal data as described in our Privacy & Cookies Policy. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after consent. Manage choices via the cookie banner or settings.

13. User content and intellectual property

Site content is our or our licensors’ IP. You may not copy, scrape, or use it except for normal shopping.
If you submit reviews or content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and share them. We may remove content that is unlawful or infringing.

14. Prohibited uses

Do not use the site for unlawful activities, IP infringement, data mining/scraping, malware, or to interfere with operations.

15. Fraud checks and verification

We may request identity or payment verification. If not provided or failed, we may cancel and refund.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses.

17. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and disputes fall under the courts of Spain. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of their residence country.

18. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

19. Assignment

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign without our prior written consent.

20. Severability

If any clause is invalid, the rest remain in force.

21. Entire agreement and changes

These Terms and the policies linked here are the entire agreement for site use and purchases. We may update Terms at any time. Changes apply once posted on this page. The language version designated as controlling will prevail in case of conflict.
