Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions and Carriers

We currently ship to:

  • Spain (ES)

  • Italy (IT)

  • Canada (CA)

  • United States (US)

Orders are fulfilled by NextSmartShip and delivered through Hipshipper or equivalent trusted logistics partners.


2. Shipping Options and Rates

  • Free Shipping β€” Automatically applied at checkout when eligible.

  • Standard Shipping (Hipshipper) β€” Flat rate between €8.00 and €8.90, depending on destination and product weight.

Promotion: Get 15% off your first order for purchases over €30. Free shipping applies automatically.


3. Handling and Estimated Delivery Times

Handling time: 1–2 business days before dispatch.

United States & Canada 5–7 business days
Other Countries 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs, local courier delays, or force majeure.


4. Customs and Duties

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs clearance procedures can cause additional delays.


5. Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can also monitor your parcel on our Order Tracking Page.


6. Delivery Issues

If your shipment is delayed, missing, or damaged:

  1. Check the carrier tracking updates.

  2. Contact us at pasquale.mignano.madrid@gmail.com for assistance.

We will coordinate with our logistics partners to resolve the issue promptly.

If a parcel is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal, the customer may be charged reshipping costs.


7. Transfer of Ownership and Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the parcel is recorded as delivered at the address provided.

  • In Spain, this follows the Civil Code Articles 1462–1465, which establish transfer of risk upon delivery.

  • In Italy, this aligns with Civil Code Articles 1510–1511, where delivery to the carrier constitutes transfer of risk to the buyer.

  • In the United States and Canada, under Common Law principles of Sale of Goods, risk passes upon tender of delivery unless otherwise agreed.

PurrEmbassy is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen. Customers must contact the courier to open a claim.


8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delivery delays or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, customs inspections, or transportation disruptions.
